As you know your student is completing a detailed questionnaire in preparation for our first meeting. This is your opportunity to tell us some preliminary information about your student. Please feel free to go beyond the questions we have asked and tell us anything you wish about your student that will help us better get to know them, and better enable us to work with all of you during this process.
